MERCER COUNTY, Pennsylvania- A Mercer County teen's death is ruled a homicide.

The coroner released the information in the death of Le'Angelo Ford on Tuesday.

The 17-year-old Sharon High School basketball player was shot and killed last month by 19-year-old Jontae Barnes.

Authorities say Barnes told them he was showing a handgun to Ford and Ford pulled on the gun causing it to fire.
