CHAMPION TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The former township trustee and former owner of Overholt's Champion Pharmacy charged with filling thousands of improper prescriptions was sentenced in court this morning.

Ken Overholt was sentenced to probation and house arrest.

He originally agreed to serve 18 months in prison, but the judge feels he is too ill to report to prison.

Overholt pleaded guilty to five counts of aggravated drug trafficking in 2011.
