YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Bob Hagan's wife is looking to take over his position as State Representative.
Michelle Hagan plans to throw her hat into the political ring with a formal announcement following the November election.
Current State Representative Hagan tells 21 News he picked up petitions for his wife at the board of elections this morning.
The 58th District includes Youngstown Campbell, Struthers, Coitsville, Lowellville and most of Austintown.
In April, Bob Hagan announced he will run for Senator Rob Portman's seat after Portman failed to support universal background checks for gun purchases.
