YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Prosecutors allege that a Boardman woman gave drugs to her teenage daughter, and the daughter's friend, who later died of an overdose.

46-year-old Marijo Mazon, 20-year-old Rubin Best and 24-year-old Gary Hartman were indicted earlier on criminal charges in connection with the death of 18-year-old Erin Trell.

According to a bill of particulars filed in connection with that case, Best and Hartman supplied Trell with drugs, that caused her to overdose and die in September.

The document also says that Mazon either gave, or sold Zanax to her sixteen year old daughter and Trell, who was the daughter's friend.

Best also allegedly deleted information from Trell's cell phone after dropping her off at the hospital to conceal any evidence of a drug transaction.

Both Best and Hartman face charges of voluntary manslaughter and reckless homicide.

All three of the accused have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
