Attorneys for a Trumbull County man are waiting to see what happens to Pennsylvania's sex offender law before deciding if they will appeal their client's sentence.

A judge in Mercer County sentenced Justin Moore, 24, to spend nine to 23 months in prison, and ordered that Moore register as a violent sexual offender for life.

The Burghill man pleaded guilty earlier to corrupting the morals of a minor after he allegedly exposed himself to young girls.

Moore's attorney told 21 News that a decision will be made on appealing the judge's decision after Pennsylvania lawmakers review legal issues with the state's Megan's law, which is designed to protect the public from sex offenders.
