LISBON, Ohio - A Salem restaurant operator faces sentencing next month for drug charges.

Fifty-three-year-old Peter Lynch appeared in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to drug possession.

Last October, the Columbiana County Drug task force raided Lynch's Summit Street home and found five pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a semi automatic pistol.

Lynch is the co owner of Friends Roastery of Salem and Friends Specialty of Youngstown.

His 51-year-old wife Patricia Tinkler faces an October 9 court hearing on a charge of drug possession.  She is asking the judge to approve treatment in lieu of conviction.
