WARREN, Ohio - Covelli Enterprises, out of Warren, the single largest franchisee of Panera Bread with locations in the five states and in Canada announced Tuesday the acquisition of eleven more Panera Bread bakery-cafes in the Dayton area.

The company now owns more than 100 Panera Bread cafes in the state of Ohio including six valley locations.

"We're very proud and excited to expand our business right here in Ohio where we are headquartered," said Sam Covelli, Owner/Operator of Covelli Enterprises. "As our company continues to grow, we realize that none of this would have been possible without the loyalty of the people of the valley where this company started over 50 years ago. We are extremely proud to call this valley home."

The company will open more than 30 stores this year.
