A New Castle man admits in court to producing child pornography videos found on an electronic tablet he sold at an Ohio flea market.

Donald A. Miller, 43, of Laurel Boulevard, pleaded guilty to one count of production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor in federal court on Thursday.

Miller was arrested after the sexual videos were discovered on a used Samsung Galaxy Tablet that Miller sold to a New Castle resident at a flea market just before Christmas 2013. The resident, who bought the tablet, notified the New Castle Police Department when she found the videos in the Galaxy's memory.

Miller is scheduled for sentencing on January 28, 2015. He could receive a maximum total sentence of life in prison, a fine of $500,000, or both.

Miller remains behind bars.
