LEETONIA, Ohio - An unusual funeral procession made its way along the streets of Leetonia on Friday.
A line of tow trucks proceeded from the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, carrying the remains of Edwin Geary to Oakdale Cemetery.
Geary, who died at the age of 74 on Sunday, was the operator of Geary's Auto and Towing for 51 years.
Colleagues who worked with Geary over the years paid their last respects by driving their tow trucks in the funeral cortege.
According to his obituary, Geary was an avid Nascar Fan where he enjoyed several races each year in his own converted 1967 Greyhound bus.
In 2007 he made his lifetime dream of traveling coast to coast on the Nascar circuit.
