Suspect to enter plea in death of Niles detective's son
The man arrested in connection with the death of a Niles police detective's son is scheduled to enter a plea this week.

26-year-old Mark Thornsberry of Niles was indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence, corruption of another with drugs, and possession of heroin.
The indictment was handed up in connection with the overdose death of Joshua Robbins.
Prosecutors said Thornsberry supplied the heroin that caused the death of Robbins, who was the son of Niles Police Detective James Robbins.
Robbins was 25-years-old when he died of a heroin overdose in 2013. His father describes his son as a family man who had two children and a fiancée
According to court records, Thornsberry is scheduled to enter a plea in the case during a hearing scheduled Thursday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
The court record does not specify if the defendant will plead guilty to all of the charges, some of the charges, or amended charges.
