ALLIANCE, Ohio - An Alliance woman who called 911 to leave a negative review of her meal at a Chinese restaurant is headed to jail.

44-year-old Tracey McCloud was found guilty of knowingly abusing 911 on Thursday in Alliance Municipal Court.  

Judge Andrew Zumbar originally sentenced the Alliance woman to thirty days in jail; however, McCloud will only have to serve three days provided she maintains good behavior for a year .  McCloud will also have to pay a $250 fine.

Last month McCloud dialed the emergency number at an Alliance Main Moon restaurant and said, "I have bought some Chinese food, and it's not up to par to me."

Police, after determining her mediocre review did not constitute an existing emergency, took McCloud into custody.

McCloud will return to the Stark County Jail to serve her sentence on November 6th.
