CANFIELD, Ohio - The Idora Park Experience in Canfield opened doors for people to take a trip down memory lane.

For a single weekend, memorabilia from the Youngstown amusement park was on display at the private museum on South Turner Road.

Jim and Toni Amey spent more than 20 years traveling around the country collecting artifacts from the amusement park.

Their collection of artifacts include coaster cars from the Wildcat and the Jack Rabbit, a silver rocket ship, the complete Kiddie Train, and more.

The couple has welcomed more than 3,000 visitors to the museum since opening in April, 2014.

The museum has only been opened on three previous occasions, one being the 30th anniversary of the 1984 fire that closed the park.
