YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown man is going to prison for three years for setting fire to his mother's home four days after Mother's Day.

Rayshawn Gilmore pleaded guilty to aggravated arson and burglary on Thursday.

Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge Scott Krichbaum also ordered that when the 25-year-old completes his three year term in prison, he will also be required to register as an arson offender for the next ten years.

Police say that Gilmore set fire to his mother's Fairgreen Avenue home shortly after the two had argued in May of last year.

No one was injured in the blaze.
