YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man is going to prison for twenty years for fatally shooting a man outside a south side night club.

Forty-two-year old Earl Price was sentenced on Tuesday. He pleaded guilty earlier to voluntary manslaughter with repeat violent offender and 3 year firearm specifications.  He also pleaded guilty to a charge of having weapons under disability.

Price was originally charged with murder in the shooting death of 33-year-old DeJuan Thomas outside of the Partner's Jazz Lounge this February.  The murder charge was later reduced to voluntary manslaughter.

He was also briefly wanted by police in March after he failed to show up to his arraignment that month.
