HERMITAGE, Pa. - A group of video game lovers are coming together to try and spread the word about making your own games.

The Youngstown Game Developers meet every month to discuss video game trends and collaborate on projects. Their goal is to get more people in the area interested in working on games.

"Probably the closest comparable would be a runner's high," said content creator Andrew Pavlick. Pavlick is one of three gamers leading the charge for Youngstown Game Developers, along with Bill Jones and Kendra Corpier.

Corpier designed a game for her phone called Epicurus Unvorsum, an arcade-style "shoot-em-up" type of game.
