The Mill Creek Golf Course hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday to commemorate the new leaderboard.
The Mill Creek Golf Course hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday to commemorate the new leader board.
MetroParks officials said the new leader board inform about players on the course during golf outings and tournaments.
The board was constructed to highlight the historic qualities of Mill Creek Golf Course. According to a press release, the leader board has been relocated to a more central location on the course and will provide space for course events.
A new tent on the south course was also be celebrated at the ceremony.
The tent was added to also provide more space to groups holding events at the golf course. It will be used for golf outings, reunions, picnics, and MetroParks' events.
