SHARON, Pa. - Autopsy results confirm that a man found in the alley of a residential neighborhood in Sharon died from a gunshot wound to the head.
The Allegheny medical examiner said the death of Troy Scott Hall has been ruled a homicide.
The 29-year-old was found on Prindle Street early Sunday morning, about half a mile away from his Fifth Avenue home.
