A North Jackson man who faced the possibility of life in prison for allegedly raping a child has been convicted and sentenced on reduced charges.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A North Jackson man who faced the possibility of life in prison for allegedly raping a child has been convicted and sentenced on reduced charges.
Twenty-four-year old Justin Cadle appeared in Mahoning County Court on Wednesday and plead guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Cadle was indicted earlier this year on three counts of rape, gross sexual imposition and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
The charges were reduced through a plea bargain.
Judge R. Scott Krichbaum sentneced Cadle to four years in prison, followed by five years probation
In addition, when Cadle finishes his term, he must register is address with authorities as a tier two sex offender.
