NILES, Ohio - A bizarre scene that unfolded over the weekend in Niles was caught on camera.
Niles police have released the surveillance video of a woman who had been running around naked, screaming obscenities at police and ultimately damaged a cruiser.
Police asked Katrina Flowers "why are you out here naked? and she said "I'm not out here naked" Saturday night in Niles. Calls came in to police that she had been wandering around naked near the Eastwood Mall.
Katrina Flowers acted calm when officers first arrived but minutes later inside the cruiser she was a different person, pounding and screaming swear words like "I want the f---- out" and even forcefully kicking the other window.
"I would say her behavior is beyond any that I've dealt with," said John Marshall, a Niles Police Captain, who has been with the force for 23 years.
It is a situation police believe was caused by synthetic drugs like bath salts or Flakka that make your body temperature spike.
"Katrina? I hope you all die!", as Flowers is seen again on tape kicking and screaming at officers.
The cruiser has been fixed but the window was kicked out about an inch or two. At one point officers were worried about her safety.
"Difficult (to contain her) because we're trying not to cause her any harm and at the same time protect her from hurting herself," said Marshall.
In the end an ambulance came, she fought them too, but she was eventually sedated.
Flowers will have to face what happened when she answers to charges in court. She is charged with assault on a police officer and vandalism, among other charges from Saturday.
Then Sunday she had another run in with the law after an incident with medics.
