The Ohio State Highway Patrol says two semi trucks traveling eastbound tapped each other, causing both of the trucks to flip over shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday.
One truck went into the median, striking another semi traveling in the westbound lanes.
One driver was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of injuries.
The names of those involved have not been released.
