Pennsylvania State Police say westbound traffic on Interstate 80 in Mercer County is open again now that a truck fire has been put out.

A tractor trailer caught fire at the 22 mile marker of the interstate at around 4:30 p.m Wednesday.

Fire departments from several communities were called in to help put out the blaze.

The stretch of highway was open again by 6:30 p.m.

There are no reports of injuries.
