A dancer at a Beaver Township adult night club has been charged with prostitution following a raid by state, county and local law enforcement.

The charge was filed against Jessica Lynn MacGregor, 24, of Steubenville after a search warrant was executed at Tiffany Dolls Cabaret on Market Street late Friday and early Saturday.

According to the criminal complaint, MacGregor engaged in sexual activity for hire at the business.

It is the second time since an October raid at the strip club that an employee has been charged with prostitution.

Justine McGee of Salem pleaded no contest to a prostitution charge filed after the Ohio Investigative Unit searched Tiffany's in October.

McGee was was sentenced to ninety days in jail last week.

However, the judge suspended all but thirty days of the sentence and told her that she could be released after serving ten days if she cooperated with investigators.

The latest raid came just one day after McGee's plea.

Members of the Ohio Investigative Unit, the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force and Beaver Township Police took part in the latest search, which resulted in six citations being issued for unsanitary conditions, nudity, solicitation, engaging in sexual activity, public indecency, and drug paraphernalia possession.

George Pitre, Agent in Charge of the Canton District of the Ohio Investigative Unit says the case will be prosecuted by the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

The club was issued four notices of violation following the October search, including serving beer after hours, nudity, engaging in sexual activity, and public indecency.

Club operators will have a chance to challenge the citations during a hearing to be set later.
