Corey McCrae is a news multimedia journalist and weekend anchor at 21 WFMJ.  

Corey is from the Valley, growing up in Austintown and graduating from Austintown Fitch High School.  

Corey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in sports broadcasting at Youngstown State University.  

Before transitioning to sports, Corey spent nine months working as an overnight photographer at 21 WFMJ.  

Growing up in the Valley and going to various local sporting events, Corey is ecstatic to be working in sports and being close to home. 

Corey is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan but loves his Cleveland teams as well.  

When he’s not around a camera, you can find him riding his motorcycle, spending time with family and friends, playing in various softball leagues, or sitting in the stands at his favorite team’s sporting event.
