YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Valley eatery is observing National Hot Dog Day by offering customers a freebie.

Suzie's Dogs and Drafts in Boardman and Downtown Youngstown locations are giving away free stadium-style hot dogs to each customer all day Wednesday.

Today has been designated by the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council as the official day to celebrate the hot dog.

It is estimated that more than seven billion hot dogs will be eaten by Americans between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
