The man arrested for the shooting of a woman on Youngstown's south side on Saturday was in court Monday.

31-year old Terrance Edmonds is charged with felonious assault and illegal possession of a gun. He's accused of shooting his live-in girlfriend, Denise Thurston, early Saturday morning.
She was found slumped over in a car on Hilton Avenue. She suffered a gunshot wound in the head, and remains on life support in intensive care.  Edmonds entered no plea to the felony charge. His bond is set at 100-thousand dollars.
