YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Mahoning County Coroner is investigating an apparent suicide after the body of a woman was found below the Market Street Bridge in Youngstown overnight.

Police shut down the bridge just before 2 am while they investigated the death of the woman who they believe jumped.

Investigators say family members have been notified of the death.

Under most circumstances, 21 News does not identify suspected suicide victims.

The bridge was closed to traffic for about two hours and has since reopened.
