Charges have been filed in Stark County for a Warren man accused of posting a viral video of him skinning a dog.

CANTON, Ohio - Charges have been filed in Stark County for a Warren man accused of posting a viral video of him skinning a dog.
Scott Winter, 46, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail Wednesday on a warrant and has since been released.
Police accuse Winter of posting a video to Facebook a few weeks ago that shows him allegedly skinning a dog, according to our NBC affiliate WKYC.
WKYC reports the incident happened in Canton, Ohio.
Court dockets show Winter lives on Palmyra Road in Warren.
In the video, the dog could be seen hanging from something while it was allegedly being skinned.
Winter faces a felony charge of Prohibitions Concerning Companion Animals that was filed in Canton Municipal Court on July 26.
Winter was found to have a warrant for his arrest for not completing community service related to a 2016 cruelty to animals case out of this court.
There is no date available on when he will be in court next.
