A report of a driver passed out in a Warren Dunkin' Donuts Wednesday afternoon resulted in the arrest of a Youngstown woman on charges of OVI, child endangering and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Officers say 28-year-old Jessica Lipinski awake but “very confused” behind the wheel of her Mazda parked several feet beyond the pickup window at the Dunkin Donuts at 3545 Youngstown Road SE.

Police say Lipinski's young daughter was in the back seat of the car.

According to the police report, Lipinski's entire body was shaking.

A search of the car turned up a piece of paper and a burnt spoon, both with a pink residue.

Lipinski told police the residue was from yogurt.

EMT's examined the woman and found her heart rate to be 191 beats per minute.

Police say Lipinski refused to submit to a blood test under advice from her attorney.

The pink residue was sent to a lab for testing.

Warren Municipal Judge Terry Ivanchak issued a warrant for Lipinski's arrest after she failed to appear for an arraignment on Thursday.
