A few comfortable days before tropical moisture impacts the Valley

After the third heat wave of the year ended Wednesday, a few more comfortable days are ahead before big changes make their way into the Valley.
Friday kicks off with temperatures in the low to mid-60s and highs will make their way into the upper 70s with noticeable less humidity. A shower or two may be around during the second half of the day.
Saturday's a tricky day. At the moment showers remain isolated for the second half of the day but depending on the timing of the remnants of Gordon, more rain could be on our forecast for the afternoon and evening.
Sunday's forecast is becoming more and more apparent and looks to be pretty much a washout from start to finish.
Monday will feature of the same, but the system may speed up leaving us to dry out much of the later evening.
How much rain could we REALISTICALLY expect through Tuesday? Long range models are hinting at over 3 inches of rain and upwards of 5 inches through late Monday or early Tuesday.
We shouldn't be dealing with any more rain issues past Tuesday Morning and temperatures should remain slightly above where they should be.
