The work week ended on a warm and humid note and not much will change over the course of the weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny with afternoon temperatures in the lower 80s. Sunday will be similar although there will be an increase in high clouds during the second half of the day.

The remnants of Florence are expected to track across the region Monday into Monday night. The system will be much weaker and moving quickly at that point so significant impacts are not anticipated. The moisture will pull away early Tuesday.

After a brief break from the humidity, warm and muggy air is set to return by Thursday and Friday.
