YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - On Tuesday, 24-year-old Albert Byrd IV was found not guilty by a jury in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. 

On August 24, Byrd was arrested and charged for the murder of Jermaine Donlow, Jr. 

Donlow, Jr. was stabbed during a confrontation at an apartment on Tyrell Avenue on August 1.

Judge Anthony D'Apolito heard the case.
