YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A woman who works at the CVS on Park Avenue in Youngstown tells police she was touched inappropriately by one of three men suspected of shoplifting.

According to a police report, one of three men who were in the store was seen stuffing two bottles of body wash into his jacket while the other two were trying to create a distraction in another part of the store.

As the clerk followed one of the two men to the beer cooler, she said one of the men rubbed his hand across her crotch.

When the clerk said to the man, “You just touched me. Don't ever touch me again,” the man denied her allegation replying, “You walked in front of me.”

The men left the store as the woman called the police who reviewed surveillance video.

Although the video showed the one suspect stuffing items into his jacket, the place where the alleged touching took place was in the surveillance system's blind spot.

Police are still investigating.
