Temperatures soared into the mid 50s with some sunshine on Friday and the weekend will start with temperatures remaining well above-average. A touch of rain will be possible during the daylight hours, mainly in areas south of Rt. 224.

Rain will impact most of the area Saturday night and early Sunday. Clouds may thin a bit before the end of the afternoon Sunday. A cold front is expected to usher a more seasonable air mass into eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania at the start of the work week. Temperatures will moderate some by Wednesday and Thursday.
