Upcoming community forums for WRTA routes

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A series of upcoming community forums aim to give the public insight into the comprehensive review of fixed route service that the Western Reserve Transit Authority is conducting.
The objective of the WRTA is to set the course for services as the Mahoning Valley continues to develop and the need for public transportation services change both now and in the long-term.
WRTA has previously completed market research among riders and non-riders of varying backgrounds.
WRTA is now conducting performance reviews for each of its routes and the system of routes generally, including a review against key development and demographic characteristics.
At these forums, the public is invited to help WRTA design its fixed route bus service for the future of the Mahoning Valley.
