A fairly quiet and much more palatable weekend is shaping up for the Valley.


Look for skies becoming mostly sunny later today and a high of 39; partly cloudy tonight with a low near 30.

Partly to mostly cloudy by the end of the day Sunday and a high of 48.

Increasing clouds Monday and a high of 57 with showers arriving. Right now, the thinking is they'll hold off until after dark.


After a lingering morning shower Tuesday, expect mostly cloudy skies and a high of 43.

An area of low pressure dragging a stalling front will bug us for a few days starting Wednesday.

Rain could begin as a rain/snow mix with a high near 40 Wednesday.

Showers continue into Thursday with highs in the low 40s.

There could be light snow early Friday morning before things warm up to the mid-40s.
