YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man is in the Mahoning County Jail after being arrested by law enforcement agents from the U.S. Marshals Service.
The U.S. Marshals arrested 38-year-old Charles Prunier Friday on seven charges of rape and seven charges of sexual battery.
Earlier this week, a Mahoning County grand jury handed down a secret indictment charging an unknown suspect with seven counts of rape and seven counts of sexual battery. It could not be confirmed that Prunier is that same man.
More information is expected to become available at the beginning of next week.
