BOARDMAN, Ohio - After suffering some serious weather damage in 2017, Sweeney Buick GMC in Boardman held an official groundbreaking to debut its new Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC headquarters on Market Street in Boardman.
The 50,000 square foot automotive sales, service and performance parts facility will be home to one of the top-selling Buick GMC dealerships in the state.
The state-of-the-art facility is a reinvestment in the community by the 98-year-old family-owned dealership.
"You should be able to see steel behind us, starting near the end of the summer and we should start to really move along quickly," said Alexa Sweeney, Vice President of Sweeney Chevrolet Buick.
The entire project is expected to be completed in 2020.
