Electronic recycling event set for Saturday at the Covelli Centre
Mahoning County residents and small businesses can bring computers, monitors, TVs, stereos, cellphones, fax machines, air conditioners, microwaves, washers, dryers and more.
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Vallourec companies in Youngstown are partnering with Green Youngstown to hold a electronics recycling drive.
The recycling drive is scheduled for Saturday at the Covelli Centre from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Mahoning County residents and small businesses can bring computers, monitors, TVs, stereos, cellphones, fax machines, air conditioners, microwaves, washers, dryers and more.
There is no charge for Freon removal and no limit on the amount of units. There will be a processing fee for all monitors and TVs.
This is the fourth year that Vallourec has sponsored the event.
More than 10,000 pounds of electronics were recycled in 2018.
