Patchy dense fog is likely heading into the second half of the morning. Use caution on the roads due to low visibility and localized flooding from heavy rain yesterday. Today’s forecast features temperatures in the upper 70s along with variable clouds. An isolated shower can’t be ruled out, heading into the second half of the morning. The entire 21 WFMJ viewing area is under a “SLIGHT” severe weather risk throughout the day.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms increase in the afternoon and can produce hail, high winds, and flooding. The risk for severe storms will continue into Thursday.
Relief will be welcome with open arms at the end of the work week. Friday is looking beautiful featuring a mostly sunny forecast and a comfortable high in the low 70s.
An unsettled pattern will return over the weekend with chances for showers and storms along with continued temperatures in the 70s.
