After a muggy and unsettled day Monday, Tuesday will look and feel much different. Abundant sunshine will be accompanied by low humidity and comfortable temperatures. It won't be hot enough for many to be tempted to go for a swim but just about perfect for any other outdoor activities.

Wednesday will also be a winner; a good deal of sunshine is in the forecast once again. Unfortunately Thursday will not be nearly as pleasant. Showers will come and go and we can't rule out a thunderstorm. Falling afternoon temperatures and a gusty breeze are also expected. The showers should push away overnight, leaving The Valley with nice weather for Friday afternoon.

Father's Day weekend may be unsettled. No heat waves are in sight!
