Mineral Ridge man charged with promoting prostitution
Three fugitives remain at-large following the arrest of second suspect on the U.S. Marshals “Most Wanted” list.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Three fugitives remain at-large following the arrest of second suspect on the U.S. Marshals “Most Wanted” list.
Marshals announced on Wednesday that 55-year-old David Yukon has been booked into the Mahoning County jail.
A judge issued a warrant for Yukon's arrest earlier this month after the Mineral Ridge man failed to appear for arraignment on two counts of promoting prostitution.
Marshals arrested 57-year-old Keith Black on Tuesday, the same day they issued a list of their five most wanted suspects in the Youngstown area.
Black was wanted for having weapons while under disability, parole violation and domestic violence.
Marshals say the persons listed below are considered dangerous and should not be approached by members of the public.

Tipsters may remain anonymous and reward money may be available, according to the Task Force.
