A Youngstown man who is suspected of robbing and East Side back has been brought back to the Valley to face charges.

Andre Earvin, 31, was booked into the Mahoning County jail Friday after authorities arrested him in Carlisle, Pennsylvania earlier this month.

Earvin has been charged in connection with the May 30 robbery of the Home Savings and Loan branch on McCartney Road.

The FBI tells 21 News that a man with a gun took money from the teller and left on foot.

While no customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery, the bank robber brandished a black handgun, and a shot was fired inside the bank. No injuries were reported.
