Valley doctor held without bond in Florida rape case
A doctor who worked as an emergency room doctor at St. Elizabeth in Boardman has been arrested in Florida on sex charges.

A doctor who worked as an emergency room doctor at St. Elizabeth in Boardman has been arrested in Florida on sex charges.
Mercy Health spokesperson Jonathan Fauvie confirms Dr. Albert Aiad-Toss is no longer on the schedule since the allegations came to light.
Fauvie said Aiad-Toss is not a Mercy Health employee, but rather is employed by Alteon Health, a company that contracts with local hospitals.
Aiad-Toss is booked into the Broward County jail on a charge of rape and is being held without bond.
He was arrested on July 5 at a Florida airport.
Aiad-Toss is scheduled to appear in court in Broward County to answer to the charge on Tuesday afternoon.
