A Boardman man is facing public indecency charges after Beaver Township Police say he exposed himself while at work.
Beaver Police were called to Landis Floors on South Avenue after they received a call about a man who was standing naked and exposing himself by a window inside the business.
Police arrived at the business and saw 71-year-old John Spencer who was fully clothed.
According to the report, Spencer is a longtime employee of Landis Floors.
Police say that they asked Spencer what was going on but he insisted that nothing was wrong.
After officers spoke to the witness, who allegedly saw Spencer in the Landis Floors window, police called Spencer and asked him to explain his side of the story.
According to the report, Spencer told police that he exposed his private parts in the open.
Spencer turned himself into Beaver Police and was charged with public indecency.
According to court records, Spencer has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Spencer is scheduled to appear in court on September 3, 2019.
