WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled in favor of President Donald Trump allowing him to divert funds from the Pentagon to build sections of a border wall in Arizona and Texas, according to NBC News.

This ruling allows the President to access approximately $2.5 billion for the project.

Trump tweeted about the court's decision.

According to NBC News, environmental groups are fighting Trump's border wall in court saying that the construction would produce environmental harm and would amount to spending money without the required approval by Congress.

Valley Congressman Tim Ryan commented on the Supreme Court's ruling saying that Trump's Administration is 'stealing funds.'
