According to NBC News, environmental groups are fighting Trump's border wall in court saying that the construction would produce environmental harm and would amount to spending money without the required approval by Congress.
Valley Congressman Tim Ryan commented on the Supreme Court's ruling saying that Trump's Administration is 'stealing funds.'
As a member of the Subcomittee on Military Construction, the Administration is stealing funds from our military servicemembers and their families. We need comprehensive immigration reform, not an ineffective, wasteful Trump vanity project.
