EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - Two men who told East Liverpool police they just stopped in town on their way to the race track could face drug charges.
Police say someone tipped them off about possible drug sales taking place from an SUV.
After stopping the car late Wednesday in a BP gas station parking lot, police brought in a drug-sniffing K9 that led to the discovery of suspected heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana.
Police say one of the suspects claimed that he set up a deal to sell pot, but later admitted having narcotics stashed away.
According to police, charges will likely follow after the evidence is tested.
