WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man awaits sentencing after reaching a plea deal in connection with the shooting death of a Niles mother of two.
Ryan Daniels, 29, initially faced charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, and bringing a weapon into a liquor establishment.
Daniels was indicted following the death of 33-year-old Britney Ann Mazanec inside her car in the parking lot of the Hideaway Lounge Bar and Grill on Route 422 in February.
On Thursday, Daniels pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and the liquor violation. The involuntary manslaughter charge was dropped.
