Three players will represent Mahoning Valley in the New York Penn League All-Star game.

Brayan Rocchio is the first name on the ballot.  The Scrappers shortstop recorded 49 hits, 16 RBIs, and 18 runs in only 200 at-bats.  The 18-year-old also boasts a .245 batting average.

Also heading to the all-star game, catcher Bryan Lavastida.  He's tallied 52 hits including 15 doubles, and his .331 batting average leads the team(40 games min.)

George Valera is the lone outfielder representing the Scrappers.  In 42 games with Mahoning Valley, he's totaled 27 RBIs, and carries a slash line of .240/.356/.452

The all-star game will take place at Richmond County Ball Park Wednesday, August 21.
