BOARDMAN, Ohio - Residents in Boardman may have noticed new construction along Route 224.
The walls of what is going to be a stand-alone Starbucks are starting to go up.
The Starbucks will be located on the property that used to be Kmart.
The location will have a drive thru.
There is no word yet on when it will be completed.
