A pretty typical mid-August day is on tap for The Valley for our Saturday: Look for partly cloudy skies with a couple showers or storms around; the storms may produce some strong winds and hail: Highs will reach the mid 80s with lows in the upper 60s. Partly cloudy and humid Sunday with highs in the upper 80s. A small chance for a shower or storm will exist Sunday as well. Mostly sunny to partly cloudy Monday; it'll be very warm and humid with highs in the low 90s and heat indices...

Showers and storms around Tuesday and Wednesday; some storms may be strong Wednesday with highs in the low to mid-80s both days.
Much better weather arrives Thursday and Friday with sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s.
